Introduction

In this blog, I will show you the productivity tools that I use for my day-to-day tasks. After reading this blog you will be able to organize, prioritize, and execute your tasks more efficiently. We will see the process of capturing ideas Final Execution.

Need of Tools

If you thinking about what is the need for tools I will just remember the idea, event, task then you are making a huge mistake. We have brains to capture ideas not to store them for the long run.

Productivity tools make it easier to set goals, assign tasks, track progress, create reports, and communicate with others.

Google Tasks is a Todo Mobile app. I use this app to plan my daily tasks. Every morning I spend around 10 min to note down the work I have to complete on that day.

Google provides the TasksBoard app for Desktop Users which is a dashboard for google tasks.

Notion is my favorite productivity tool. It has a clean design, easy to use, and offers some cool features. It's free for personal use. I use Notion for all of my tasks. It is available for all platforms i.e. mobile, desktop, and web
